Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Grants for Further Training of Teachers and Educational Psychologists) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 1st December 1987.

Section 2 Amendment of principal Regulations

For regulation 3(b) of the Education (Grants for Further Training of Teachers and Educational Psychologists) (Scotland) ( No. 2) Regulations 1987 there shall be substituted the following:—

(b) educational psychologists in respect only of training consisting of either—

(i) the preparation of, or engagement in, a project approved as suitable by the Secretary of State, on the advice of an assessor, or

(ii) attendance at a course leading to a post-graduate degree in educational psychology.
