The Hovercraft (Civil Liability) (Amendment) Order 1987

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Hovercraft (Civil Liability) (Amendment) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 1st December 1987.

Section 2

The Hovercraft (Civil Liability) Order 1986 shall be amended as follows —

(a) in Schedule 1, Part B, in paragraph (14), for “£34,412” there shall be substituted “£80,009”; and

(b) in Schedule 4, in the First Schedule to the Carriage by Air Act 1961 set out therein as modified, in article 22 in paragraph (1) for “£34,412” there shall be substituted “£80,009”.
