Section 1

These Rules may be cited as the Public Trustee (Custodian Trustee) Rules 1987 and shall come into force on 1st January 1988.

Section 2

Rule 30(1) of the Public Trustee Rules 1912 shall be amended by the addition of the following sub-paragraph after sub-paragraph (j) :

(k) any corporation acting as trustee of the trusts of any pension scheme or pension fund established or maintained by the British Broadcasting Corporation, but only in relation to those trusts.
