Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Public Lending Right Scheme 1982 (Amendment) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 10th December 1987.

Section 2

Article 46 of the Public Lending Right Scheme 1982 (determination of the sum due in respect of public lending right) shall be amended in paragraph (1)(a) by substituting “1.12p.” for “1.20p.”.

Section 3

The Public Lending Right Scheme 1982 (Amendment) Order 1986 is hereby revoked.
