Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Special Hospital Boards (Amendment of Constitution) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 13th March 1987.

Section 2Amendment of Orders

(1) Article 4 (constitution) of the Rampton Hospital Board (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1986 shall be amended by substituting “9” for “7”.
(2) Article 4 (constitution) of the Broadmoor Hospital Board (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1986 shall be amended by substituting “9” for “7”.
(3) Article 4 (constitution) of the Moss Side and Park Lane Hospitals Board (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1986 shall be amended by substituting “9” for “7”.
