Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (General Dental Services) Amendment (No. 3) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 21st December 1987.

Section 2 Amendment of regulations

In regulation 23(1) of the National Health Service (General Dental Services) Regulations 1973 (Statement of Remuneration) —

(a) in column 1 (Determination) below “V”, there shall be inserted “ VA ”; and

(b) in column 2 (subject matter of determination), there shall be inserted, so as to relate to determination VA, “Allowances in respect of a dentist undergoing a period of training;”.
