Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Extradition (Protection of Aircraft) (Amendment) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 1st January 1988.

Section 2
The Extradition (Protection of Aircraft) Order 1973 shall be amended by adding to Part I of Schedule 3 (which names the foreign States with which the United Kingdom has no extradition treaties in force and which are parties to the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Civil Aviation signed at Montreal on 23rd September 1971 ) the following entries—
