Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the Public Telecommunication System Designation (Kingston upon Hull City Council and Kingston Communications (Hull) PLC) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 1st January 1988.

(2) The Public Telecommunication System Designation (Kingston upon Hull) Order 1984 is hereby revoked.

Section 2

Each of the Applicable Systems is hereby designated as a public telecommunication system.
