Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Legal Aid Act 1974 (Deduction from Taxed Costs) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 1st January 1988.

Section 2
Paragraphs 1(1) and 2(1) of Schedule 2 to the Legal Aid Act 1974 shall be amended by substituting, for the percentages “90 per cent”, the percentages “95 per cent”
