Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Joint Financing) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 1st January 1988.

The Civil Aviation (Joint Financing) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations 1987
Section 2
Regulation 4(1) of the Civil Aviation (Joint Financing) Regulations 1982 shall be further amended by substituting respectively for the sums £25.98, £9.24 and £16.74 the sums £42.69, £14.23 and £28.46.
