Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 1st January 1988.

The Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 1987
Section 2Amendment of Regulations
The Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Regulations 1971 shall be further amended in accordance with these Regulations.
Section 3Amendment of Regulations
In regulation 28(1)(a), the words from “and all recovery vehicles” to “business” shall be omitted.
Section 4Amendment of Regulations
In regulation 35 —
(a) in paragraph (3) the words “or a recovery vehicle” to “business” shall be omitted, and
(b) sub-paragraph (l) of paragraph 4 shall be omitted.
Section 5Amendment of Regulations
In regulation 38(1), sub-paragraph (b) shall be omitted.
