Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Homes Insulation Grants Order 1987 and shall come into force on 1st February 1988.

Section 2 Prescribed percentage and amount

For the purposes of the Homes Insulation Scheme 1987, there is hereby prescribed:

(a) as the percentage of the cost of the works qualifying for grant 90 per cent.; and

(b) as the money sum payable as grant £137.
