This Order may be cited as the Lotteries (Gaming Board Fees) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 1st April 1987.

The Lotteries (Gaming Board Fees) Order 1987
The fee payable to the Board on an application for the registration of a scheme shall be of such amount as the Board may determine:
Provided that,—
(a) where the total value of the tickets or chances which may lawfully be sold in each lottery under the scheme does not exceed £10,000, the fee shall not exceed £70; and
(b) in any other case, the fee shall not exceed £265.
The further fee payable to the Board, where more than one lottery is to be promoted under a scheme registered by the Board, for each lottery promoted under that scheme shall be of such amount as the Board may determine:
Provided that,—
(a) where the total value of the tickets or chances sold in the lottery does not exceed £10,000, the fee shall not exceed £20; and
(b) where the total value of the tickets or chances sold in the lottery exceeds £10,000 but does not exceed £20,000, the fee shall not exceed £40; and
(c) in any other case, the fee shall not exceed £55.
The Lotteries (Gaming Board Fees) Order 1983 is hereby revoked.
