Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Community Drivers' Hours (Passenger and Goods Vehicles) (Temporary Exception) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 17th January 1987.

The Community Drivers' Hours (Passenger and Goods Vehicles) (Temporary Exception) Regulations 1987
Section 2
Pursuant to Article 13(2) of Council Regulation ( EEC ) No. 3820/85 of 20th December 1985 on the harmonisation of certain social legislation relating to road transport until 16th February 1987 that Regulation shall apply to transport operations to which it applies with the exception of Articles 6, 8 and 9.
