The Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 9) Order 1987

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 9) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 10th March 1987.

Section 2

The Export of Goods (Control) Order 1985 shall be further amended as follows:

(a) in Group 3E of Part II of Schedule 1 —

(i) in entry IL1416 (Ships, surface-effect vehicles, water-screw propellers, and specially designed components), for head (5B) there shall be substituted the following:

(5B) Ships having special structural features for landing personnel and/or vehicles on a beach I

(ii) in the same entry, after head (5C), there shall be inserted the following additional heads:

(5D) Ships capable of supporting helicopter operations and maintenance I

(5E) Ships capable of submerging I

(5F) Ships not elsewhere specified in this Part of this Schedule of below 100 tons GRT, including inflatable craft in an inflated or uninflated state, except lightvessels, fire floats and dredgers I

(iii) in head (6) of the same entry, for “(1) to (5C)”, there shall be substituted “(1) to (5F)”;

(b) in Group 3I of Part II of Schedule 1, in the entry Chemicals —

(i) after head (7), there shall be inserted the following additional head:

(7A) Phosphorus trichloride A

(ii) after head (9), there shall be inserted the following additional head:

(10) Trimethylphosphite A
