Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Nightwear (Safety) (Amendment) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 1st March 1987.

The Nightwear (Safety) (Amendment) Regulations 1987
Section 2
Regulation 1 of the Nightwear (Safety) Regulations 1985 shall be amended by adding at the end the words—
, except that, for the purposes of the requirements imposed by them in relation to babies' garments, they shall come into operation on 1st September 19877
