Section 1
(1) These Regulations shall come into force on 2nd April 1987 and may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Competitions and Trials) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1987.
(2) These Regulations shall apply only in Scotland.

Section 2
Regulation 7 of the Motor Vehicles (Competitions and Trials) (Scotland) Regulations 1976 shall be amended by the substitution therein of“£40” for“£34” and“£23” for“£19”.
