Section 1 Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Milk (Community Outgoers' Scheme) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 13th March 1987.

Section 2 Amendment of principal regulations

(1) The Milk (Community Outgoers' Scheme) (Scotland) Regulations 1986 (the principal regulations) shall have effect with the following amendments.

(2) In regulation 4–

(a) in paragraphs (1) and (3)(a) for the number “2.618” there shall be substituted the number “3.927”;

(b) in paragraph (3)(b), for the number “18.326” there shall be substituted the number “27.489”.

(3) In regulation 6(2) for the words “31st January 1987” there shall be substituted the words “13th March 1987”.

(4) In regulation 7(3) for the words “31st January 1987” there shall be substituted the words “13th March 1987”.
