Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (Amendment) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 24th April 1987.

Section 2Amendment

In regulation 4 of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 1981 , in paragraph (1), after the word "company" where it first appears, there shall be inserted the words "or the administrator of a company appointed under Part II of the Insolvency Act 1986" .
