Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the General Medical Council (Constitution) Amendment Order 1987 and shall come into force on 1st May 1987.

Section 2Amendment of the General Medical Council (Constitution) Order 1979

In paragraph (c) of article 2 of the General Medical Council (Constitution) Order 1979 (constitution of the General Medical Council) there shall be substituted for the number “11” the number “13”.
