The Petty Sessional Divisions (Northamptonshire) (Amendment) Order 1987

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Petty Sessional Divisions (Northamptonshire) (Amendment) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 1st April 1987.

Section 2

In this Order, “the principal Order ” means the Petty Sessional Divisions (Northamptonshire) Order 1987 .

Section 3

In column (2) of Schedule 2 to the principal Order, the following substitutions shall be made in the entry specifying the area comprised in the petty sessional division of Daventry—

(a) “East Farndon” shall be substituted for “Eash Farndon”;

(b) “Maidwell” shall be substituted for “Maindwell”;

(c) “Stowe Nine Churches” shall be substituted for “Stone Nine Churches”.

Section 4

In paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 to the principal Order “1988” shall be substituted for “1987” in the last place where it occurs.
