Section 1
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Gaming Clubs (Hours and Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 4th May 1987.
(2) These Regulations do not extend to Scotland.

The Gaming Clubs (Hours and Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 1987
Section 2
Regulation 5(1) of the Gaming Clubs (Hours and Charges) Regulations 1984 shall be amended by substituting for the words “£4”, in both places where they occur, the words “£4.60”.
