The Legal Advice and Assistance (Financial Conditions) Regulations 1987

Section 1

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Legal Advice and Assistance (Financial Conditions) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which they are approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.

(2) In these Regulations,“the Act”means the Legal Aid Act 1974.

Section 2

For the weekly sum of £114 specified in section 1(1)(a) of the Act, there shall be substituted the weekly sum of £118.

Section 3

For the capital sum of £800 specified in section 1(1) of the Act, there shall be substituted the sum of £825.
