This Order may be cited as the Local Government Reorganisation (Property) (South Yorkshire) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 5th May 1987.

The Local Government Reorganisation (Property) (South Yorkshire) Order 1987
There shall vest in each council mentioned below the property described in the Schedule so mentioned in relation to that council, together with all rights and liabilities acquired or incurred exclusively in connection with that property—
Where on 1st April 1986 by virtue of section 263 of the Highways Act 1980 any highway vested in any council mentioned in article 2 above, any interest of the South Yorkshire Residuary Body in any land below such highway shall vest in that council.

The Worsbrough Branch Railway Derelict Land Reclamation Site, Smithley Lane, Wombwell.
The Dearne Valley Railway Derelict Land Reclamation Site, Goldthorpe.

No. 7, Upper Sheffield Road.
No. 189, Sheffield Road.
The Penistone Highways Depot, Springvale, Sheffield Road, Penistone.
The Barugh Green Highways Depot, Barugh Lane, Barugh.

Bullcroft Colliery Reclamation Site, Skellow Road.

That part of Station Road, Catcliffe which extends from its junction with Frederick Street in a westerly direction, together with the land lying to the south of that part and abutting the Brinsworth to Treeton railway line.
