This Order may be cited as the Parliamentary Commissioner Order 1987 and shall come into force on 6th May 1987.

Section 2
Paragraph 8 of Schedule 3 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 shall be amended in the following respects–
(a) the word “or”, in the second place where it occurs, shall be deleted; and
(b) after the words “the Rampton Hospital Board,” there shall be inserted the words “the Broadmoor Hospital Board or the Moss Side and Park Lane Hospitals Board,”.
