Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting (Extension of Duration of IBA ’s Function) Order 1987 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2
In section 2(1) of the Broadcasting Act 1981 , for the words “31st December 2001” there shall be substituted the words “31st December 2005”.
