Section 1

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Legal Aid (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

(2) In these Regulations,“ the Act ” means the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986.

Section 2

For the yearly sum of £5,415 specified in section 15(1) of the Act, there is hereby substituted the yearly sum of £5,585.

Section 3

For the sum of £4,710 specified in section 15(2)(a) of the Act, there is hereby substituted the sum of £4,850.

Section 4

For the yearly sum of £2,255 specified in section 17(2)(a) of the Act, there is hereby substituted the yearly sum of £2,325.
