(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Measuring Instruments (EEC InitialVerification Requirements) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 1st June 1987.
(2) The Measuring Instruments (EEC Initial Verification Requirements) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1986 are hereby revoked.
The Measuring Instruments (EEC Initial Verification Requirements) (Fees) Regulations 1982 are hereby amended as follows:—
(a) in regulation 4, by omitting the figures“£21.00”and“£16.80”and substituting therefor respectively the figures“£23.20”and“£18.40”; and
(b) in paragraph (a) of the Schedule, by omitting the figure“£36.00”and substituting therefor the figure“£39.60”.
