Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Sumburgh Airport Shops Order 1987 and shall come into force on 7th May 1987.

Section 2

Sumburgh Airport is hereby designated for the purposes of section 1 of the Shops (Airports) Act 1962 , as being an airport at which there appears to the Secretary of State to be a substantial amount of international passenger traffic.
