Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the Public Order Act 1986 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1987.

(2) In this Order “the 1986 Act ” means the Public Order Act 1986.

Section 2

The provisions of the 1986 Act specified in the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 1st August 1987.
