These Regulations may be cited as the Crown Prosecution Service (Witnesses' Allowances) (Amendment No.4) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 22nd June 1987.

The Crown Prosecution Service (Witnesses' Allowances) (Amendment No.4) Regulations 1987
In Schedule 1 to the Crown Prosecution Service (Witnesses' Allowances) Regulations 1986 , in Column 3 of the Table, which sets out relevant amounts in relation to allowances payable under those Regulations—
(a) for the sums of £49.20 and £98.40 in the entry for Regulation 4(a) (locum allowance payable to a professional witness who attends to give evidence) there shall be substituted £52.50 and £105.00 respectively; and
(b) for the sums of £33.70, £49.20, £73.90 and £98.40 in the entry for regulation 4(b) (compensatory allowance payable to such witness) there shall be substituted £35.00, £52.50, £78.80 and £105.00 respectively.
The Crown Prosecution Service (Witnesses' Allowances) (Amendment No.2) Regulations are hereby revoked.
