Section 1

This 0rder may be cited as the New Valuation Lists 0rder 1987 and shall come into force on the day following the day on which it is approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.

Section 2

1990 is specified as a year in which new valuation lists are to come into force in each rating area in England and Wales.
