Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Education (School Information) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 18th July 1988.

Section 2
In paragraph 15(1)(d) of Schedule 2 to the Education (School Information) Regulations 1981 there shall be substituted for the words “in relation to the summer examinations at ordinary or advanced level for the General Certificate of Education and the examinations for the Certificate of Secondary Education held in a specified school year”, the words “in relation to the summer examinations for the General Certificate of Education at ordinary level, the Certificate of Secondary Education, the General Certificate of Secondary Education, and the advanced and advanced supplementary levels of the General Certificate of Education held in a specified school year”.
