Section 1
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Gaming Clubs (Hours and Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 18th July 1988.
(2) These Regulations do not extend to Scotland.

Section 2
Regulation 3 of the Gaming Clubs (Hours and Charges) Regulations 1984 shall be amended by substituting for the word “noon”, wherever it occurs, the words “ten in the morning”.
