Section 1

This Order may be cited as the National Savings Bank (Investment Deposits) (Limits) (Amendment) Order 1988, and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2

The National Savings Bank (Investment Deposits) (Limits) Order 1977 shall be amended in article 4(1) by the addition of the following sub-paragraph:

(e) the receipt of any amount for, or the crediting of any amount to, any account of the Accountant General of the Supreme Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland.
