Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 1972 (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 13th July 1988.

In section 190(11) of the Road Traffic Act 1972 , the words “except sections 68 to 81” shall cease to have effect.
