Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the AIDS (Control) (Contents of Reports) (No. 2) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 13th July 1988.

Section 2 Amendment of Schedule

(1) The Schedule to the AIDS (Control) Act 1987 (contents of reports by Authorities and Boards) shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this Article.

(2) There shall be inserted immediately after paragraph 2 of that Schedule the following paragraph—

(2A) The number of positive results known to the Authority or Board to have been obtained in the reporting period from blood samples taken for the purposes of HIV antibody tests by facilities or services provided by the Authority or Board.

(3) Paragraph 8 shall be omitted.

Section 3 Revocation of Order

The AIDS (Control) (Contents of Reports) Order 1988 is hereby revoked.
