Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Gaming (Small Charges) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1988 and shall come into force on 18th July 1988.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.

The Gaming (Small Charges) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1988
Section 2
Article 3(b) of the Gaming (Small Charges) (Scotland) Order 1975 shall be amended by substituting for the words “the sum of 25p” the words “the sum of 30p”.
Section 3
The Gaming (Small Charges) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1984 is hereby revoked.
