Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) (Scotland) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 1st March 1988.
(2) This Order shall extend to Scotland only.

The Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) (Scotland) Order 1988
Section 2
Section 48(3)(h) of the Gaming Act 1968 (under which the fee to be charged for the grant or renewal of a permit under section 34 of that Act is £8.50) shall have effect with the substitution, for the sum referred to therein, of a reference to £25.
Section 3
The Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) (Scotland) Order 1983( ) is hereby revoked.
