Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Drivers' Licences) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 26th September 1988.

Section 2

Regulation 11 (Fees for licences and duplicates) of the Public Service Vehicles (Drivers' Licences) Regulations 1985 shall be further amended—

(a) in paragraph (1)(a) by the substitution for “£3” of “£5”,

(b) in paragraph (1)(b) by the substitution for “£10” of “£22.50”, and

(c) in paragraph (2) by the substitution for “£3” of “£5”.

Section 3

The amendments effected by these Regulations shall not apply where an application for a licence or a duplicate licence was received before 26th September 1988.
