Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Pilotage Act 1987 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1988.

Section 2

Section 29 of the Act shall come into force on 1st August 1988.

Section 3

The day appointed for the coming into force of Part I of the Act shall be 1st October 1988.

Section 4

The remaining provisions of the Act, other than those already in force or listed in the Schedule hereto shall come into force on 1st October 1988.
