The Copyright (Singapore) (Amendment) Order 1988

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Copyright (Singapore) (Amendment) Order 1988 and shall come into force on the date on which the laws of Singapore are amended to extend to Bermuda the protection given to owners of copyright under the Copyright Act 1956; this date shall be notified in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes.

Section 2

The Copyright (Singapore) Order 1987 shall extend to Bermuda, subject to the modification set out in article 5 of that Order.

Section 3

Article 4 of that Order shall have effect in respect of this Order as it has effect in respect of that Order, references in that article to the commencement of that Order being taken to be references to the commencement of this Order.
