Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 1st September 1988.

Section 2
The Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (Overseas Territories) Order 1988 shall be amended by the addition of the British Virgin Islands, St Helena and the Turks and Caicos Islands to the Territories specified in Schedule 2 to that Order.
