This Order may be cited as the Legal Aid Act 1988 (Commencement No. 2) (Scotland) Order 1988.

The Legal Aid Act 1988 (Commencement No. 2) (Scotland) Order 1988
Section 2
The following provisions of the Legal Aid Act 1988 shall come into force on 29th July 1988:—
(a) section 44, insofar as it relates to the amendments made by the provisions specified in paragraph (b) below;
(b) in Schedule 4, paragraphs 1, 2, 4, 5A, 6, 7, 8 and 9.
