Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Amusements with Prizes (Variation of Fees) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 1st March 1988.
(2) This Order shall not extend to Scotland.

The Amusements with Prizes (Variation of Fees) Order 1988
Section 2
The fee payable under paragraph 18 of Schedule 3 to the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976 (which relates to permits for the commercial provision of amusements with prizes) shall, instead of £8.50, be £25.
Section 3
The Amusements with Prizes (Variation of Fees) Order 1982 is hereby revoked.
