Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Direct Labour Organisations) (Competition) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 1st April 1988.

Section 2
The Local Government (Direct Labour Organisations) (Competition) Regulations 1983 are hereby further amended by the substitution of“40%” for“70%” in Regulations 6(2)(a) and 8(2)(a).
