Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Tyne and Wear Residuary Body (Winding Up) (Amendment) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 10th October 1988.

Section 2
In article 11 of the Tyne and Wear Residuary Body (Winding Up) Order 1988 there shall be inserted before the figures “1988” the words “31st October”.
