Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Lyon Court and Office Fees (Variation) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 1st November 1988.

Section 2

The fees for the matters listed in Schedule B to the Lyon King of Arms Act 1867 (and repeated in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order) shall be increased for every matter except the last two on the list, by substituting in Schedule B for the fees payable before the coming into operation of this Order (and repeated in column 2 of the Schedule to this Order) the fees specified for these matters in column 3 of the Schedule to this Order.

Section 3

The Lyon Court and Office Fees (Variation) Order 1986 is hereby revoked.
