This Order may be cited as the Export of Sheep (Prohibition) (No. 2) Amendment No. 3 Order 1988 and shall come into force on 3rd October 1988.

The Export of Sheep (Prohibition) (No. 2) Amendment No. 3 Order 1988
The Export of Sheep (Prohibition) (No. 2) Order 1987 is hereby amended by substituting for article 2(4) the following sub-paragraph:—
(b) any sheep which was marked, as a condition of the granting of a consent under section 2(1) of that Act to its removal from a designated area—
(i) with an apricot mark, in the case of a consent given on or before 31st July 1988; or
(ii) with a green mark, in the case of a consent given on or before 27th September 1987; or
(iii) with a blue mark, in the case of a consent given on or before 10th January 1988.
The Export of Sheep (Prohibition) (No. 2) Amendment No. 2 Order 1988 is hereby revoked.
