Section 1 Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the River Tummel Catchment Area Protection (Renewal) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 7th October 1988.

Section 2 Interpretation

In this Order—

“the 1983 Order ” means the River Tummel Catchment Area Protection Order 1983( );

“the 1986 Order ” means the River Tummel Catchment Area Protection (Renewal) Order 1986( ).

Section 3 Renewal of Order

The 1986 Order is hereby renewed.

Section 4 Prohibition

During the period from 7th October 1988 to 6th October 1991, both dates inclusive, fishing for or taking freshwater fish in the inland waters in the area prescribed in article 4 of the 1983 Order, without legal right or without written permission from a person having such a right, is hereby prohibited.
